Our objective is to maintain internationally professional travel standards while preserving the warmth, flexibility and genuine hospitality of Sri Lanka.
These Terms & Conditions are provided as a general legal, administrative, business, payment-processing and customer-information framework. Specific quotations, itineraries, booking confirmations or supplier conditions may contain additional terms applicable to an individual booking.

Therefore, we aim to understand each customer's individual requirements and provide practical solutions wherever reasonably possible.
Customers may request a quotation by providing their preferred travel dates, number of travellers, destinations, accommodation requirements, transportation requirements and other relevant information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, items not included in the quotation remain the customer's responsibility.
A quotation is not necessarily a confirmed booking until the required payment has been received and booking confirmation has been issued.
Prices are based on the services, dates, number of travellers, vehicle category, itinerary and supplier rates applicable at the time of quotation.

Vehicles will be arranged according to the category and passenger requirements agreed during booking.

Drivers and chauffeurs are expected to operate vehicles professionally and in accordance with applicable Sri Lankan laws and road-safety requirements.
Customers are expected to treat drivers and other staff with reasonable courtesy and respect.
Drivers may recommend practical stops, routes or timing adjustments based on road conditions, weather, traffic and local circumstances, while respecting the agreed itinerary and customer's reasonable requirements.
Travel itineraries are planned according to the customer's requirements.

We believe travel should remain enjoyable rather than unnecessarily rigid.
Where reasonably possible, we are happy to consider itinerary adjustments requested by our guests.
Additional costs resulting from significant changes may apply.
Where we arrange accommodation, the booking will be subject to the hotel's availability and applicable booking conditions.
Hotel facilities, room types, meal plans, check-in/check-out times and other conditions are determined by the respective accommodation provider.
Hotel photographs and descriptions may be supplied by the accommodation provider and may occasionally differ from the customer's expectations due to renovations, room allocation or operational changes.
Where possible, we will assist customers in resolving accommodation-related concerns.
Train tickets and other tickets may be subject to availability, government/railway procedures and supplier conditions.
Ticket availability cannot always be guaranteed until the booking has been successfully confirmed.
Once tickets have been issued, cancellation, amendment or refund conditions may be determined by the relevant provider.
Safari experiences, boat trips, adventure activities, attractions and excursions may be operated by independent service providers.
Their operating conditions, safety requirements, schedules, weather limitations and cancellation policies may apply.
Wildlife sightings, weather conditions and natural experiences cannot be guaranteed, as these depend on nature and circumstances beyond human control.
Where a guide is included or requested, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable qualified or appropriately experienced guide according to availability.
Specific language requests will be accommodated wherever possible, subject to guide availability.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have:
Where requested, we may provide reasonable assistance with visa-related or travel-document arrangements.
However, visa approval and immigration decisions are made by the relevant government authorities, and we cannot guarantee approval.
Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance covering their individual circumstances.
Depending on the policy, travel insurance may provide protection for matters such as medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, travel disruption and other unforeseen events.
Customers should carefully review their insurance coverage before travelling.

Customers may be responsible for costs arising from damage, misuse or unreasonable behaviour where applicable.
Customers may request changes to their booking.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes, subject to availability.

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and any specific cancellation conditions communicated with the booking.

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to recover refundable amounts from suppliers on behalf of the customer.
We will not be responsible for failure, delay or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, passports, money, electronic devices and luggage.
Customers should not leave valuable belongings unattended.
We will encourage reasonable care but cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Photographs or videos may sometimes be taken during tours by our staff, drivers, guides, photographers or other persons involved in the travel experience.
The use of customer photographs, videos, reviews and testimonials for promotional purposes is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to handle such content respectfully and responsibly.
Customers may contact us regarding concerns about the use of their personal content, and we will consider reasonable requests.
We highly value genuine customer feedback.
Where customers voluntarily provide reviews, testimonials, photographs or feedback, such content may be used for legitimate promotional and business purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We aim to represent customer feedback honestly and without intentionally changing its material meaning.
If a customer experiences a problem during a journey, we strongly encourage them to contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Any legal matter relating to the services will be addressed in accordance with applicable Sri Lankan law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate Sri Lankan authorities or courts, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, supplier arrangements, technology or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version published on our official website will be considered the current version.
For an individual booking, any specific written terms contained in the quotation or booking confirmation may also apply.
By requesting, confirming or purchasing our services, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these Business Terms & Conditions and agrees to the applicable terms governing their booking.
